With the first Amsterdam stage of the 2024-2025 Men's FIH Hockey Pro League season coming to an end, the action shifts to Santiago del Estero, Argentina for the next leg from December 11 to 16. Watch the hockey matches live on TV and online in India. (More Hockey News)

Belgium beat Germany 6-3 in the last match of the Amsterdam leg to finish the stage on top of the table with eight points from four games. Netherlands are in the second spot with six points, while Germany are third with four points.

Hosts Argentina will be joined by England and Ireland as the three nations play each other twice in a round-robin format. This will be the last we will see of the Pro League this year, and the caravan will then shift to the much-awaited Hockey India League, which starts on December 28.

The nine-team FIH Pro League will resume next year in Sydney in February, followed by legs in Argentina and Bhubaneswar (India) in the same month. The 2024-25 season will conclude on June 29 with matches in Antwerp, Belgium and Berlin, Germany.

The winners of the league will receive a direct ticket to the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup which will be held in the Netherlands and Belgium, while the team finishing last will be replaced by the winners of the FIH Hockey Nations Cup in the next season.
