The Ranji Trophy 2024-25 season will start on October 11, Firday with more than ten matches taking place simultaneously at various venues across all India. (More Cricket News)

The first-class Indian domestic cricket tournament promises to deliver a happy cricketing season, featuring several Indian cricket stars including Ruturaj Gaikwad, Sanju Samson, Mayank Agarwal, R. Sai Kishore and many young emerging talents.

This season, the matches will split in two windows given the tough weather conditions of winter. From October 11 to November 13, five league games will be played and then after a long break the tournament will resume on January 24, 2025.

A total of 38 teams are participating in the red-ball tournament, which was established back in the year 1934. The competition is divided into four Elite Groups and one Plate Group. The 32 teams in the Elite Groups consist of eight teams per group, listed below:

Mumbai, Baroda, Services, Jamuu & Kashmir, Tripura, Maharashtra, Odisha, Meghalaya

Elite B:
