Despite taking a 41-run lead in the first innings, West Indies were no match for England on Day 4 as the hosts crushed the visitors, handing them a 241-run drubbing. Harry Brook and Joe Root scored centuries to take England over 400 and set a 384-run target for the West Indies. The visitors started well with a 61-run opening stand but after that, English bowlers, led by off-spinner Shoaib Bashir, were all over them. Bashir finished with five as England bowled the West Indies out for a paltry 143 to win the second Test and take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.

Ollie Pope who scored a century in the first innings and smashed a half-century in the second was adjudged the Player Of The Match.
