A court in India has reserved its order for July 21st on a petition filed by the Hindu side, requesting a scientific survey of the Gyanvapi mosque complex situated adjacent to the Kashi Vishwanath temple. The petition seeks direction for the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) to conduct a comprehensive survey of the entire Gyanvapi mosque complex, excluding the 'vajukhana' area.

Vishnu Shankar Jain, counsel for the Hindu side, stated that during the court proceedings, they presented the demand for an archaeological and scientific investigation of the entire Gyanvapi complex, emphasizing the need to resolve the Kashi Vishwanath temple-Gyanvapi mosque dispute through such an investigation.

After hearing arguments from both sides, the court reserved its verdict, which is now scheduled to be delivered on July 21st.
