In a momentous decision made during a recent meeting of the Ram Temple Trust, it has been announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be extended a special invitation to attend the consecration ceremony of the highly anticipated new idol of Lord Ram. The official spokesperson of the temple's trust, Champat Rai, disclosed this exciting news.

Anticipation is building as the construction of the temple progresses steadily. Rai revealed that the ground floor of the temple is expected to be completed by October. Following that, a two-month trial period will be conducted to ensure the seamless operation of the temple. It is estimated that by December, the temple doors will be joyfully opened to devotees from far and wide.

To formally request the presence of Prime Minister Modi at the auspicious event, a letter will be sent, seeking his permission to choose a favorable date between December and January 26, 2024. The esteemed letter will be signed by the president of Sriram Janambhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, Mahant Nritya Gopal Das.

Once the idol of Lord Ram is consecrated, the temple will be officially inaugurated, allowing devotees to worship and offer prayers. However, the exact date for the consecration ceremony is yet to be finalized. Swami Govind Dev Giri, the treasurer of the temple trust, is diligently consulting with renowned astrologers to determine the most propitious date. Discussions have already taken place with seven esteemed astrologers, ensuring that the selection of the date will be based on comprehensive insights.

During the meeting held in Ayodhya, eleven members were physically present, while founder member K Parasaran participated virtually, highlighting the significance and wide-ranging attention surrounding the momentous occasion.
