She joined Royal Challengers Bangalore ahead of the first Women's Premier League in 2023 and later played for Guyana Amazon Warriors in the 2023 Women's Caribbean Premier League, finishing as the tournament's top wicket-taker with nine wickets.?

Patil made her international debut for India in December 2023 in a T20 International against England, days before her first ODI start against Australia.?

India will be relying on Patil to provide a spark with the ball following their defeat against Australia in the first ODI.
